We are located at the Farm View Café and have fantastic facilities, including 2 lounge areas with open fires and a commercial kitchen. The Camp will be limited to 10-12 volunteers due to the nature of the site and COVID-19 restrictions. We have space for 5-6 caravans with 15-amp power available. We also have two bedrooms inside for those without their own accommodation.

Please contact the basecamp at least the day prior to your intended arrival so we can include you in a team and put your name on the dinner list.  If possible, you should aim to arrive prior to 3pm.

From 7:00am

7:15am – Mandatory for all volunteers working that day.

**If you are volunteering for a day at a time then returning home, you MUST be at our basecamp no later than 7:00am each morning and we MUST know that you are coming.

Meals are provided for volunteers, but please bring your own snacks. Breakfast and a nourishing two-course evening meal are provided by BlazeAid (with help from local community groups) at the basecamps.

Where possible, the families you are working with will provide morning tea and lunch for volunteers each day. Otherwise, BlazeAid provides food for you to make your own sandwiches to take with you.

Please note, if you have special dietary needs you will need to bring your own food if you are not able to eat the meals provided.
