How to get Fencing Help

Information for Property Owners

Property owners and families should contact the Camp Coordinator directly. Visit our Current Camps page to find your nearest camp.

If there are no BlazeAid camps near you:

1. Request your local council call us.  We cant set up a camp until we have spoken to the council.

2. Register for assistance via this simple form. We can alert you once a camp has been set up near you.

What Else Should I know?

Fencing Materials

  • BlazeAid sometimes receives donated fencing materials, which are distributed based on need.
  • If purchasing materials is difficult, speak with your Camp Coordinator to discuss options.

Register Early

  • Early registration helps us understand how many families need assistance in each area.
  • Once a basecamp closes, BlazeAid cannot provide further support.
  • Even if you’ve registered with your Council/Shire, you must also register directly with your local BlazeAid basecamp.

Before Work Begins

  • Please read the Property Owners Workplace Agreement to understand how BlazeAid operates.
  • Then phone or visit your nearest camp to complete your registration.

Dial Before You Dig

  • Property owners must contact Dial Before You Dig to ensure fencing work won’t damage underground pipes or cables.
  • The service is free for all Australian properties.
  • Phone 1100 or visit www.1100.com.au
